HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL WE GET?

We always have 2+ talented photographers for weddings. We know that details matter and moments matter.  By having multiple photographers on-site, we cover more perspectives and document key moments.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR STYLES?

Modern and journalistic. We simplify the chaos, capture the finest details other people might neglect, and freeze the moments. Above all, we do our best to create a story in our own narrative. 

 

IS THERE ANY CONSULTATION PROVIDED BEFORE THE WEDDING?

Absolutely! We provide a 1-hour free consultation with all couples who are interested in our service. We'd love to meet you before your wedding day and even before you make up your mind to hire us.=) Getting to know each other is just as important as taking photographs. We can chat about your wedding, life and photography over coffee on a lazy afternoon. :-)

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Clients book us fast, usually 6 months to 1 year before the wedding day to secure their spot. Summer is especially busy, so reach out to us early to reserve your date. 

 

DO YOU DO DESTINATION WEDDINGS AND WHAT EXTRA COSTS ARE INVOLVED?

We do destination weddings across North America and Central America. Extra costs usually include travel expenses for the photographers, such as flight tickets,  accommodations and car rental etc. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PHOTOS?

In general 2-3 weeks. During peak season (May-Oct), clients may expect 1 month to receive the high-res digital photos via download link. The Customized USB case+key will take another week or two to be ready. Outside of the peak season (Nov - Apr), it usually takes 2 weeks for the clients to receive digital photos and 1 additional week to receive the USB key+case.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

A $200 CAD non-refundable downpayment is required upon booking and signing the contract. The rest of the investment is due on the wedding day. For engagement sessions, there is no downpayment required, the full amount is due on the day of the photo shoot.
